Vodafone has joined that ranks of networks offering pay as you go Mobile Broadband. Unfortunately, the speeds offered by the pay as you go offering do not reach the 7.2Mbps offered by the contract option. It is still possible to achieve speeds of up to 3.6Mbps which is still a competitive offering.

The package has just been launched by Vodafone and has been labelled “TopUp and Go”. It is available for £39 which includes £15 of credit which will cover 1GB of data. This is slightly less than that offered by O2, but there is no time limit on the usage of the data allowance.
