It has been suggested that UK mobile broadband needs to provide better service to assist with its continued growth. It has grown more and more popular over the previous 12 months with the next 12 set to see even greater growth. Its popularity is being rooted in the possibilities a portable Internet connection will offer customers.
Even with the huge growth that the service has seen, there have been many comments from industry insiders that there could be a lot more customers if the customer service that is provided was better. This is even with some great offers and tariffs that are currently available.
It has been suggested that there is still a lack of understanding among UK consumers as to the true benefits that can be offered to potential customers in the UK. A research company called Convergys has suggested that if the customer service was better than is currently available there would be an even greater demand.
A spokesman for Convergys has suggested that these are not new ideas but it is interesting to see that there is still more that can be done by the best mobile broadband operators to satisfy their customers. This has been an ongoing problem that still needs to be addressed and for those that do sooner, it will result in greater revenue for them.
An industry insider has commented that for those networks that want to grow revenues during these times where traditional mobile revenues are static they must address the customer service requirements. It has been suggested that this is a small request from customers that could result in some extremely enhanced profits and revenues for operators.
It has been suggested that the networks are keen to provide mobile broadband offers that meet customer’s demands and that they are keen to provide customer service to match.
