The UK mobile operator 3 has introduced the most competitive UK mobile broadband tariff currently available on the market. It already provides the largest monthly download allowances by offering 15GB a month. It has now slashed the monthly cost for this tariff to £15.00 per month from a cost of £30.00. This 50 percent reduction puts 3 in a very strong position during a very tough recession.

This deal is valid on the deals over 24 months and places it as the same cost as a 5GB allowance. Most of the competitors offer 3GB for the same monthly charge. 3 suggest that 15Gb would allow almost non stop web browsing for the entire month. It would also be very unlikely that people would face overage charges as most people don’t exceed the upper allowance. It was recently reported that overage charges are an area that should be addressed when investigating mobile broadband providers.
